A Newly Converted Business Centre
After completing a new Costco in Winnipeg last year, the existing 139,000 square foot Costco was converted to a Business Centre. Work included installing new freezers & coolers, replacement of the existing pharmacy, interior office renovation, adding an anteroom and vault, and replacing A/C units among many other miscellaneous upgrades and additions to complete the conversion.
