Based on a job site in Vancouver, BC, the Project Administrator is responsible for providing varied administrative, secretarial, and business management support to the Project Team. They will also act as a receptionist for the project and represent Peak as the first point of contact for the office in a friendly and professional manner, greeting internal and external clients with the best possible service in mind. This is a full-time position required to be performed at the site office.

We are currently seeking Assistant Superintendents in various locations in Alberta, Ontario and Manitoba.

The Assistant Superintendent assists and supports Superintendents with field operations. The incumbent may be solely responsible for a specialized or limited area on larger projects, or for general field operations for smaller projects. The Assistant Superintendent supervises self-performed and subcontracted construction work, with a focus on the execution of the work.

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Superintendents in the United States, based on construction project sites across the northeastern United States including Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey and New York.

The Superintendent leads the construction process for large-scale industrial and commercial projects, ensuring all activities align with the established design, budget, and schedule. This role involves planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing industrial building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
