Costco Newmarket is a large-format new retail warehouse development delivered for Costco Wholesale Canada in East Newmarket, Ontario.
The scope of work included the construction of a new Costco warehouse and ancillary facilities, comprehensive site development, parking infrastructure, underground services, utility installations, concrete and structural systems, building envelope construction, interior fit-out, mechanical and electrical systems, loading and service areas, landscaping, and associated civil works. The project also incorporated extensive paving, traffic circulation improvements, pedestrian accessibility features, and site servicing designed to support high daily customer volumes while ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
