An important and unique project on Squamish Nation land

Built in four phases, the Sen̓ákw project will provide primarily purpose-built rental housing of approximately 4 million square feet. This project is the largest development on First Nation lands in Canada.

Phase 1 comprises three towers on the west side of the Burrard Street Bridge, containing 1,411 rental homes including 282 affordable units over three towers of 26, 32 and 41 storeys. The project also includes 37,711 square feet of commercial use; a district energy plant, and a parkade.
