A bike-friendly community flourishes at UBC.
Echo is a six-storey staff and faculty rental building at UBC with 152 suites of varying sizes. The building comprises a variety of unit types, from studios to four-bedrooms. Amenities include a shared courtyard featuring a BBQ and children’s play area that’s shared with its sister building, Evolve. Echo prioritizes bike accessibility, with a dedicated repair area and gently sloped grading on the south side of the building to facilitate easy entry for cyclists.
