A new Costco warehouse and 12-pump gas station come to Kelowna.
A larger Costco Warehouse replaced the existing 31-year-old location, bringing upgraded facilities and enhanced convenience. The project included site work at the adjacent Costco Gas Bar and a combined 871 parking stalls to better serve members. Off-site improvements featured street widening, a multi-use path, updated landscaping, and new traffic signals—designed to support increased accessibility and smooth traffic flow in the area.
