We are currently seeking experienced, qualified Health & Safety Representatives (Construction Safety Officers) for sites in the Lower Mainland of BC, primarily in Vancouver.

The HSE Representative (Construction Safety Officer), promotes a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel on-site, providing health, safety, and environmental support to help ensure Peak meets industry standards. The HSE Representative supports Project Management & Superintendent(s) on-site throughout the construction phase and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of Peak’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program.

The Superintendent leads the construction process for large-scale industrial and commercial projects, ensuring all activities align with the established design, budget, and schedule. This role involves planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling all on-site construction activities.

This role requires rotating travel across Canada, primarily in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.

Location: Canada

Position: Full Time

We currently have an opening for a Project Manager who is capable of managing large commercial construction projects remotely, with some travel required to sites in Canada, particularly in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.

The Project Manager (PM) supervises and administers the construction of assigned projects and is fully accountable for the contractual obligations, client assurances, and financial results of each project. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project, including tendering and administering contracts, communicating with sub-trades/consultants, working closely with the Superintendent and Client regarding project details. The PM will provide support to construction staff on site, complete drawings and design review, ensure compliance with project contracts and strict adherence to schedule and budget.
