A new \$26 million, 158,000 sq. ft. Costco warehouse and 12 pump gas station is coming soon to Kelowna. The warehouse will be a pre-engineered metal building system with a standing seam roof, metal siding on concrete panels, and concrete slab on grade. Off-site project work will include the widening of 3 surrounding roads, signalization at each intersection, and other pedestrian-friendly improvements.
