Having proven our ability to understand the accessibility needs and supporting amenities of aging care facilities on past projects, we were pleased to partner with our repeat client on The Gardens at Qualicum Beach.
This 4-storey, 225-unit aging care institutional community consists of single or double occupancy accommodations, offering a wide range of health, wellness, and care amenities, surrounded by lush gardens and landscaping, located within walking distance to the charming Qualicum Beach town centre.
Independent Living
The independent living program at The Gardens at Qualicum Beach is ideal for residents who want to enjoy an independent lifestyle with minimal assistance from the community if required, including 24-hour nursing care in case of emergencies. These independent living units include private balconies, laundry and housekeeping services, with dining options and access to a full range of recreational programming, events, and entertainment.
Assisted Living
The Gardens at Qualicum Beach offer assisted living for residents who require support with daily activities, routines, and medication services, while still being able to maintain their independence. Assisted living residents receive complete housekeeping services, full dining service, and assistance with personal hygiene and 24-hour nursing care.
Complex Residential Care
The complex residential care environment at The Gardens at Qualicum Beach offer 24-7 nursing and care support.
