Renovation from a Retail Warehouse to a Commercial Business Centre
This project includes the conversion of an existing Costco Warehouse into a Costco Business Centre with a truck delivery yard. The scope of work involves interior demolition and new construction for the Business Centre facility, which includes a new primary power service with an independent power source servicing a shore power yard for delivery truck parking.
