OUR STORY.
Since 1992, Peak Construction Group has specialized in the development and construction of wood frame and concrete multi-family residential projects throughout the BC Lower Mainland. In that time, the entire organization has been involved in the development and/or construction of over 10,000+ residential units, several schools, commercial office buildings, retail centres, and mixed-use projects, in millions of square feet of construction.
Started primarily as a builder of its own developments, Peak quickly branched off into general contracting for other developers looking for the experience and expertise Peak offered. Company founder, Doug Wilson, saw the industry need for a contractor who understood the land development business and knew the importance of value engineering, cost-efficient design and quality construction.
Some of Peak’s best references are the building designers, financial lenders, and warranty providers who have partnered with Peak over the years.
